Erin Deitle joined the staff in March 2018. She grew up in Martinsburg and attended the church since she was in elementary school. She is married to Ryan, and they have three sons: Dylan, Trevor, and Derek. Erin graduated from Geneva College in 2008 with a degree in communications. She worked for Verizon for several years before taking time off to be at home with her children.
