Registration for Momentum 2025 is now open!
MGBC takes students entering 9th grade in the Fall of 2025 (current 8th graders) up through 2025 graduates. Momentum allows younger students to attend but we have found it best to make this a high school only trip. Please see the list of registration tips below. Here are some helpful tips for completing registration:
- Select 2025 Momentum Youth Conference Student Registration.
- If you don’t have an account from a previous year, you will be asked to set up an account.
- Select “Martinsburg GBC” - Even if you attend another church, you need to choose Martinsburg to ensure your spot with our group.
- Student Breakfast Plan is OPTIONAL - Many students bring their own breakfast items and eat in the dorms, but you can purchase breakfast as an add-on if you would like to eat in the dining hall.
- Early Arrival - Do NOT select this option. We will be leaving early on Tuesday, July 16th and do not need early arrival.
- Fill out all necessary contact info, medical info, and other registration requirements.
- Read & acknowledge all Momentum policies.
- Registration isn’t complete until at least the $75 deposit is paid. If you don’t wish to pay in full at this time, select a “Payment Plan” option to pay your deposit. The rest of the payment is due June 15th.
All fundraisers will be completed well before this final payment deadline. Additional scholarships may be available to help fund your trip, but we would like all Momentum students to first complete a scholarship book and other fundraising opportunities. Scholarship funds can be accessed by contacting the church office (814-793-2513) or Lesly Williams (814-505-5439).
